Having missed the last few PASS Summit events, I am extremely excited to be back and in Seattle for the week. I’ll be blogging about my experiences this week, why the Summit is such a big deal and also why I love attending as often as I can.
I usually like to arrive on Sunday and stay for the entire week, whether I attend pre-cons or not. Doing that gives me time to clear my mind of the usual work-stuff, connect with friends I haven’t seen for a while and explore the beautiful sights in and around Seattle. For me that typically means a stroll down to Pike’s Market and a few of the small cafes along the road.
If you’re at the Summit this week, connect with as many people as you can. Reading this blog post by Tim Mitchell as a first-timer some years ago changed my Summit experience for the better…don’t be that guy!!
